This years Class is Full

The Snomads are hosting a snowmobile safety course on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The course is open to ages 11 and up, but please arrive early to register, as the class will start promptly at 9:00 a.m. This is a traditional course that covers the basics of snowmobile safety, including trail and machine skills. For youth ages 11-15, the course includes a riding performance section led by trained volunteer instructors. The safety certificate becomes valid at age 12. Anyone born after 1976 is required to have a valid snowmobile safety certificate to ride Minnesota's state trail system. Please Note: All pre-course work must be completed online before December 7, 2025.
